CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE LOCATION SAISONNIÈRE
IMMOBILIER SOLEIL is mandated by the owner of the furnished apartment to rent his property by the week. The rented Property must be occupied by the expected number of persons, it is strictly forbidden to sublease, or to carry out a commercial or professional activity.
Your stay is definitively booked after the payment of a deposit of 30% including VAT of the amount of the stay, +30 € of booking fees, (within three days following the pre-booking of the apartment), and the signature of the rental contract.
The balance will be paid one month before arrival, as well as a deposit cheque (variable amount depending on the apartment), which will be destroyed after satisfactory control of the apartment.
Can be deducted from your deposit:
a cleaning, if the apartment is abnormally dirty
replacement of missing or broken objects
Payment of the tourist tax payable to Immobilier Soleil.
Arrival - Departure:
The stay begins at 5 pm and ends at 10 am. Any delay at departure will be charged 15 € HT / hour.
You must pick up and return the keys to the agency. For any late arrival, after 7pm, please contact our hostesses at: 04 79 09 83 77, to arrange for the keys to be handed over.
An inventory was made before your arrival and will be made after your departure.
You must report any discrepancies within 24 hours in writing. After this period, no complaint will be taken into account.
The rental price includes agency fees, water, electricity, heating and final cleaning, except for the kitchen and oven, which must be clean, washed and tidied up, garbage cans taken out, folded and tidied up, any furniture moved will be returned to its original place.
Any cancellation will result in the tenant losing the full amount of the deposit paid and does not exempt him from paying the full balance of the rental, unless the cancellation option has been subscribed.
Immobilier Soleil reserves the right, in the event of a major problem, to assign to the tenant another apartment offering equivalent services, without modifying the present contract or its price.
Furnished rental is not affected by the RC of hoteliers, articles 1952 and following of the Civil Code. Consequently, you must have comprehensive home insurance, a holiday clause, against theft, fire, water damage, both for rental risks and for the furniture rented, as well as the recourse of neighbours. The owner declines all responsibility for the recourse that his company may exercise against the tenant in the event of a disaster.
Immobilier Soleil declines all responsibility in the event of theft or burglary in the apartment or ski locker.
In case of sale of the rented property, the agency reserves the right to visit, after having informed the tenant.
Data processing: In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978, the agency declares that it has data processing for the performance of the activities covered by this contract. To this end, it is required to record data concerning the parties and the property concerned. The client expressly authorizes the agency to enter the information included in this contract in a computer file. The client expressly authorizes the agency to transmit the information to commercial partners, or for statistical research purposes, in accordance with the laws in force.
